Re: Measles vaccination or child sacrifice?
"All of the 11 confirmed patients, from 10 months to 9 years old, were not vaccinated either because they were younger than 1 – the minimum age for measles inoculation – or because their parents objected to having them vaccinated, county officials said. "
"This is the first measles outbreak in San Diego County in 17 years."
"It's only a matter or time before vaccinated individuals start showing up as cases as well, since the vaccine is only creates immunity in 95% of people (according to the package insert)."
The champions of non-vaccination that I know are just saying it's "cool" and "good for these kids, now they have natural immunity!"
"Is it wise to prevent our children from contracting certain infections naturally, by instead giving them only temporary protection with potentially disastrous side effects? Are we trading infectious diseases for chronic disorders?
It is a fact that vaccines injure and kill some children. Is it ethical for governments to command by law that some of us sacrifice our children “for the greater good?” If vaccines truly provided immunity to diseases, those who chose to vaccinate would have nothing to fear from those who chose not to."
