Pockets?

I have read that op has helped with pockets in the mouth. What are pockets?

I'm new to this and just read about op and I am definitely going to try it. I printed off the background and faq from oilpulling.com and showed my mom and she tried it with olive oil (that's all we have right now) and she feels so much better. She said it cleared her sinuses totally. And she liked how it made her teeth "shiny." Tweet
