I started yesterday, but i did have some tea. I know this is not strictly water fasting, but thought i'd ease into it.
Today no food, but again some tea. Hopefully tomorrow i can ditch the tea.
My concentration is terrible today. Went to the post office, and nearly forgot my purse. My head is all over the place.
I'm 151 lb this morning, and want to reach 139 lb, that is my ideal weight. Although i'm not really overweight and not doing it for weightloss but health reasons. I'm going on a cruise in a few months so it would be nice to lose it though.
I just can't wait to reach day 3 or 4, and feel comfortable with this. I've already been about 5 days without coffee and that is no longer a problem.
