For me it's just keeping from falling backwards at the moment mon amour. I lost my first 30 kilos in about 2 months, then the next ten in about a month or so, and it's just been a matter of keeping that weight off since. The stress I'm under is considerable and I'm only breaking each fast because of it, and while I am able to stick to 90% raw food I still eat too much so I can keep off the weight I've lost doing this but not make any real gains. I am healthy, I have plenty of energy for strenuous karate workouts several times a week, but I still have a bit of weight to lose. I'm not the kind to rush myself, if the obstacles are too great I just wait again until the time is right.
