Good luck mama's girl. I would suggest you don't worry about how long the weight takes to come off, just know that while you are fasting it is coming off quicker than any other way we know of, except maybe for surgery! ick! So just focus on the fast itself, and the refeeding period after, planning ahead your days to keep yourself occupied and allow yourself the time to rest when you need it. Literally just take it day to day. However much weight you lose in a 7 day plus fast you can be sure it will be significant and you will be healthier and most likely a lot happier too. :)
