I've fasted 3 days in the last week and am averaging about 2-4 days a week at the moment, with the rest of the week 90+ percent raw foods. Stress keeps me from keeping a fast going longer or reducing what I eat enough to lose much weight so I've kept off the weight I lost fasting last year but just have to wait until my willpower level rises enough again so I can fast longer and get rid of the last of it. It's not something that I let add to my stress though, I'm eating healthy and exercising regularly the rest will come in its own time. Thanks for asking and for the compliments. :)
