Well i will tell ya,,,, at first it seemed like it was doing something good but it did not last long,,, I am sure it will help make ya healthier of course but what really did it for me was some products i got from nutrition4skin! I am on my way out the door right now or i would post the link for you, let me know if you have trouble finding them, you can google it, it should come up and if you need suggestions just ask the lady there is really helpful and she has Psoriasis too, let me know and i can tell you about the stuff i am using from there with great satisfaction too i might add!
