I dont own a IT yet, and it will take some time, before I can convince my husband to buy one.

But just recently, I had a bad case of flu., sore throat, body ache, headache. I had to take sick leave. I was feeling very sick, but thought I might try to do some yoga stretches. I did yoga for an hour, and surprise surprise, I felt better after that. All the headache, sore throat literally disappeared.

Thats why I beleive that bad diet is not entirely responsible for poor health. Right exercise is equally important. Good exercises are ones which help in lengthening the spinal cord. I dont think I shall be doing high intensity aerobics, jumping, and running/jogging/biking type of exercises anymore. These can actually harm the spine.

So the bottom line is, a healthy nervous system is extremely important, to have a healthy immune system as well. Ofcourse eating healthy is important, but NEVER under-estimate the power of true exercise.
