Well, as Fonty mention in his post - make a last meal b4 u start ur fast as FRUIT meal. I have eating fruits the whole day that time and I felt not hungry at all (well it was very manageable for me). I would say EASY. This time I started my fast by eating very healthy food one day before. It was more or less the same. The only difference was when I are fruits the whole day my first crises cam in about 36 hh but this time I am about to finish my 3d day (in 3-4 hh it will be a beginning of 4th day) and not much happen. Not hungry..
