Lo-o-ong morning routine:)
Glad to hear I am not the only one out there that has a long morning routine. I get up early to pee, wash my face, use my neti pot, do kriya's, drink a large glass of tempid water with a pinch of
Sea Salt , dry brush my skin, oil pull for 20 minutes, do pranayama breathing for 10 minutes, meditate for 30 minutes, either do yoga, a slow run, or a brisk walk for 45 minutes, sit in the sauna (I love it, too Silver Fox) for 20 minutes, shower, and then get ready for work. Whew! Good thing I am a morning person. I am 50 years old this year and have never felt better:) I was leary about adding another 20 minutes to this lengthy morning routine by starting to oil pull, but after doing it for two weeks now, I LOVE IT!! I am doing my first
parasite cleanse right now to prepare for my first liver flush. I am feeling clean!!
