That's the only rub with antioxidants---their effect is subtle and cumulative over the long term, so one mostly needs to trust they will be helpful. They mainly serve as "preventative" agents and seldom act in a dramatic or obvious way. I have found Oxi-Cell useful for inflammation, however. There can scarcely be a more crucial antioxidant to the functioning of the liver than glutathione. Any way you can increase its availability is a darn good thing.

They are each powerful methyl donors and not entirely dissimilar in effect from S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe). All verrrry good for the liver...and the heart.
