Good advice bling. I'd also suggest concentrating on how you are going to break the fast. If you plan to break the fast with raw fruit and manage to stick to just that for the amount of time you were fasting before going out to dinner again that will improve your chances of the fast going better the next time, by preparing the body and 'proving' to the body it's effectiveness by showing it how it's done properly. Doing it that way has really made a big difference to me.
But it's no failure, you have succeeded and learned from your fasts, and next time you will be better prepared. With determination and a little bit of luck you will make it!
