Why don't u go for a juice fast for a week or 10 days. I do think u can loose those pounds easily (plus u can exercise). Juice fasting will be of less shock for ur body but mainly u can do ur day to day activities without being at low level of energy. Well, it is advise for a the amount of weight u need to loose. But if u want to go for a fast to free ur body from burden of toxins and/ or have days free of work then a Water Fast could be an option too.
