Just couldn't face it..

Don't know what happened last night, but I just couldn't face my daily dose. After the weekend of not feeling really well, I dropped back to just one 15 drop dose a day. The same dose I had been on for weeks.

But last night the very thought of taking any just turned my stomach and I just couldn't do it.

Not sure what will happen today. Not sure if I will take any or not. But if the very thought of it still makes me want to puke tonight then I think I will take a break from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for a few days.

Maybe I should just drop the dose back down?
