Re: Medication not helpful against stress. Please help

Hello Tony-
Hope you are doing well. I can only speak for myself about this. I must say that I have always chosen to NOT take medications for stress in order to handle my problems (including the BO/BB problem). The reason I am saying this is because medications that the doctors prescribe do not make the problem go away, they just alter the brain function to give a "false-like" sense of well being that is sometimes not real.
I do not ever want that for myself and also, with the rising of people getting addicted to medications, I wouldnt want to subject myself to any addictions. It happens all the time. Just Google the types of medications your husband is taking to make sure there are no people who are having problems with his type of meds. I would do this as a measure of caution. some people are having problems weaning themselves off of certain meds and it can be a hard thing to do. Me, myself I have struggled with almost unbearable stress for years with this problem, but I choose to take NOTHING that may possibly cause an addiction. Also there are many herbal remedys that he can take that may help as well. Just Google Herbal remedy for.... (stress...I suppose), etc...or go to Earthclinic.com. That is a great site that may offer some help as well. I am really wishing your husband gets better with this. Good luck and lots of hope for you.
