Since the colon is in a very irritated condition,any wrong intake will keep the colon in an irritated condition and prevent healing.Experience has shown this.No peanuts,bread and psyllium for a start.I would try a reduced amount of water.You may be diluting your food digestive juices.You are using many intakes different than the basic procedure diet and I have no experience with them.What we are trying for is a basic diet that works.Then using this to try other items one at a time.Your colon will show the correct intake with stool form,number of bowel movements and blood seen in the stool.You should show an improvement within a week with a proper diet.sheldon
