But there's nothing wrong with Cinnamon or Stevia. The raw, unprocessed Stevia is probably better for us, but the fact that they are different colors doesn't really matter, except that the colors may mix into some kind of murky brown ... :)
Cabbage can be purple, carrots are orange, onions are white, etc ... but I would consider them all to be green in the larger sense of trying to eat "green", or more alkaline.
