I don't use refined oils either because they are denatured, however, for this I am following the profile. Matter of fact, I wouldn't use Sunflower Oil at all because it is not stable. I figure I am not eating it, so?????
They do say to NOT use toasted seasame oil, it is different and I don't think it has the properties to remove toxins like the untoasted, but I sure don't know the Science behind it.
