Thanks for your response. I have a feeling that the Aerobic o7 doesn't have more than 3.5% or they would have probably stated it on the bottle but you never know. Going by those #'s and multiplying it by 12 (b/c the drops out of this small bottle I believe are smaller than the drops of the standard Miracle-Mineral-Supplement bottle - I believe Jim says that in his book) so I figured I took the equivolent to 6 drops. I'm 5'11 and around 200 lbs (and also have a high tolerance to just about any drug or foreign substance) so I fugured 6 drops would be ok to start with.

My concern is that I did not use nearly enough vinegar although I though Jim said it was ok to use 2X the amount of drops of vinegar to activate it but you would need up to 5x or more if you used lime or lemon juice.

I'm going to take another dose tonight before I go to bed and use more vinegar....and a little less solution - just in case it is the 5% solution. Tweet
