H2O2 should normally be mixed with pure water only. Distilled or reverse osmosis water is the best. H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) water is always to be drank on an empty stomach, since the oxidative properties of H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) will interact with food and cause gas, bloating and alimentary discomfort in some cases. The addition of minerals to H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) water is OK and this includes salt. The H2O2 will not interact with the minerals. It's foodstuffs like carbs which seriously interact with H2O2 in a negative way. The interaction of foods and H2o2 nullifies the value of both. Since water goes through the system much quicker than food, drink the H2o2 water before eating by at least a half hour or four hours after eating. The same basic rules apply for ozonated water.
