I no longer have metal in my mouth - had the whole lot removed. Don't use fluoride toothpaste any more. Have LifeSource Water system that takes chlorine and fluoride out of water supply. Don't eat sugar. So the crumbling of my tooth is a bit of a mystery. I'm having it looked at tomorrow.
A much bigger hurdle is an extraction that my dentist wants to do. Wants to take a huge tooth out (wait too long, he says, and we'll have to do a bone graft), then put a titanium bolt in my jaw, finishing with a fake tooth. I soooooooooooooo don't want this to happen. Not just the cost - $4800 - but the disruption to my system. I guess once bacteria are in there and decay starts there's nothing to be done. Anyone think Colloidal Silver would work for this?
