Re: Oxygen Therapy and the Organs of Elimination

Hello again North Star
It's ALWAYS a good idea to keep the elimination channels working properly whether you're doing oxygen therapy or not. Death begins in the colon. It is all a question of toxicity. If a person is extremely ill from build-up of toxins and resultant infections/cancers/parasites, aggressive oxygen therapy can create a healing crisis so profound that the already compromised elimination organs cannot process the released waste. This can create a feeling of being even more ill than before the commencement of the therapy. At this point many people quit the therapy, not understanding this process. I feel that oxygen therapy is best done after getting at least the colon in good shape to eliminate because you are right, oxygen therapies detoxify rapidly.
If in doubt, go slow. It takes many years of ignorance and/or abuse to become ill and can take an equal amount of time to heal.
Cheers,
paul
