Day 5

This time I was able to do it again in a hot bath. I remembered to do a cleansing enema first. The bath really makes a BIG difference on whether I can retain long enough. I was able to retain an hour easily. Still had tingling, and this time I used the light switch across the room to monitor my eyesight progress. Before starting, the light switch plate was just a beige blur. But after 45 minutes or so, there were some dark patches where some definition was starting to be made. I have had some itching that I think is detox.

I started Day 5 a few days late, because it's hard in a family of 5 to usurp a bathroom for an hour (and I'm a few days late on reporting Day 5). I probably won't finish out 7 days with back-to-back Lugol's enemas for this reason. Plus I'm starting to get a cold, so I want to give myself time to kick the virus without having to deal with any potential detox on top of it all. I will just start doing them maybe every two weeks or so, and I'll continue to monitor the progress. I have noticed having more problems wearing my glasses. My eyes feel so much more relaxed without them, and every day I'm able to make out more details.

I probably won't repost unless I notice anything unusual, to post on big improvements, or until I get my eyes re-examined so I can tell you how much "official" improvement I've gotten.
