Hi Sanctuary, The cravings are probably the pathogens controling your chemistry. This has happened to me as well. May I suggest you find a non fatty, non sugar, snack. I love eating raw coconut chips (anti yeast)and pumpkin seeds raw hormonal support. The Sugar cravings should go away soon as you kill off enough yeast and fungus. I am forcing myself to drink more water. It isn't easy for me but instead of sipping I just pour it down in gulps. It is getting easier. Best wishes MW
