Anvil, Hi.
The answer is yes they are different, one is NaCl, and one is NaClO2, with the 2 being of most importance.
One is salt in kiquid form (sodium chloride) the other (sodium chlorite) sodium chloride following an electolosis process to produce ClO2.

It is worth looking at the sites below as aerobic oxygen has come under fire for making false claims recently
