Yep I prefer dry fasting, it just seems right to me and more natural than taking water in while not thirsty. My longest so far has been 7 days and I was feeling some discomfort then but may have been detox symptoms more than any need for water. 5 days without water is a walk in the park. :) Lots of people say dry fasting gives them more energy and most say it's about 3 times more effective than water fasting. I agree on both counts. And yes I also think drinking water increases the cravings sometimes.
