When and what to fertilize seedlings?

Hi ML:
My seedlings appear off to a good start. They sprouted within a few days, indicating that there is a good amount of energy conducive to growth? In the past it seemed to take weeks.

Do I fertilize the seedlings with a dilute solution of fish, seaweed and molasses?

When do I start fertilizing and foliar feeding?

In case you need to know what seedlings they are:beets, Japanese greens, Chinese broccoli, Green chard, cress, mustard, bok choy, tomato, kale, lettuce, snow peas, spinach.

Thanks, again.
