I bought 10 pounds of genuinely raw almonds from a farmer. I tried sprouting some of the almonds in sprouting jars, and it didn't work. Since then, I've read that almonds have to be sprouted in water in the refrigerator, but the directions I've found are not detailed. I don't know how much water to put on the water in the fridge or how long to leave them in there. Has anyone successfully sprouted almonds, and if so, can you give me detailed instructions?
I know it's possible because in the past, I've seen raw, sprouted and dehydrated almonds for sale in hfs's.
