Re: How long before you notice the difference?
How much weight you will lose is dependent on a number of factors, such as how overweight you are, what type of fast you do, how long it lasts, and what your eating habits are once you come off of it. Everybody is different so you won't know until you do it. In my opinion,
Water Fasting is NOT for newbies. You need to transition to it after you have some juice fasting under your belt. It is the most extreme form of fasting. People with bad health habits who are toxic may put too much strain on their body by starting out on a water fast. You can buy healthy juice at the supermarket - just avoid all the juices that are marketed to kids and are loaded in additional sugar. Diet sodas are considered very bad in the alternative health world. You would be good to wean yourself off of them. If you are bent on
Water Fasting immediately then incorporate it with juice fasting. Start with a few days of juice, go to a couple of days of water, then back to juice etc. Pay attention to your body. It may be normal to feel hungry or a little weak but if you start having bad side effects it may be time to end the fast.
