has anyone taken mms to help their liver?

If someone has never taken much alcohol, is pain in the liver..(not daily) likely to be liver stones causing pressure in the liver?

I realise cleansing is the order of the day...this is coming!

Could pain also be bacterial/or parasitic? causing inflammation?
