I stopped the salt yesterday. I drank only distilled water.
Today, I have not taken any Iodine or salt or companion nutrients.
I do take B Complex, Vit C, Selenium, D3, Magnesium and fish oils. I take Melatonin to sleep at night.
I think I will give my body a total break here. See, if I can settle down. As far as the salt thing, I think I should go back to lower levels of salt even though it
is celtic salt. Prior to all of this, I had low blood pressure, low heart rate and
low overall body weight. Now, I have normal blood pressure, well when checked last month, improved heart rate and my weight has stablized. So, inspite of some of the
above mentioned things, there are some good improvements.
As reminder.. I'm post menopausal and 56 years young!!
