I was visiting my in-laws last week, by mother-in-law confided in me that she
has trouble sleeping and had not slept the prior three nights. I remembered your
advice to "not eat protein at dinner" and shared it with her. I talked to her
this morning and she thanked me again for the advice. She said it has worked
great. She had even joined a sleep research study group a while back trying to
get help, but nothing seemed to work.
