My diet isn't perfect, but it isn't horrible , and I really don't think it is diet. I do eat meat, but sparingly, and I have actually been avoiding it lately because of this problem. I NEVER have had stomach problems or problems with acid indigestion. It has definitely coincided with the oil pulling. I have skipped 3 days in a row, and my stomach feels much better. I've been using safflower oil if that is any help.
