I know how you feel. I'm in Australia and all the good conversations take place when I am sleeping.
I started at Christmas, was intending to move very slowly but each day I never had any bad reactions (no diarrhea or vomiting) so each day I increased the dose. At about 10 drops I decided to go twice a day, 10 at night and 1 in the morning, then 2 in the morning and so on. I go to about 14 at night and 4 or 5 in the morning, but I felt like the second dose was just too much. Once I dropped the morning dose and just did 15 at night things really started to turn around for me. My energy is so much better. And I sleep really soundly which I think really helps. For my money I am going to stay at 15 once a day for a long time. I can't believe how much better I feel already and I am sure that things are only going to get better.
