Re: Should Raw Fooders Worry About Nutrient Deficiency?

Asking if a natural/raw food diet has a deficency is a question that leads to one believing medical and is a sensless question, because natural/raw food is FOOD and everything else a supplement to substitute a natural/raw diet. If the post are hand typed from a person I most likely will read a long one, but when it is just a paste from some one or group that wants to argue or suggest natural is not proper, I am not going to waste my time reading it. You can read for 500 years starting today all the garbage written about human health and how anything but raw/natural foods are the cure.

ANYONE that is promoting a fruitairain diet, makes ZERO SENSE to suggest that you would have a problem with b-12, BECAUSE B-12 is a medical quack subject.

Sorry if you fel put off, but I am not wasting time with uch articals, already been there and done that for way too many years!
