A late contribution to the dairy issue .
I must mention Hulda Clark in 'The Cure for all...' (1995) ascertains that Dairy milk is too valuable to avoid. At the same time she states that milk can have many unwanted chemicals but it's solvent free. She also found on testing that all milk carries Salmonella and Shigella bacteria and to make it safe for consumption, it must first be boiled.
And lastly but not least Clark mentions milk as a good source of Calcium but it must be 2% fat or higher but STERILIZED at all times!
To alkalize at night she says it may be good to take 2 calcium 500mg with a cup of hot milk.
Clark does however acknowledge that some people with certain disorders or diseases can be allergic to 'lactose' in the milk and should avoid it.
In general terms Clark warns of the unknown dangers of parasites, solvents and pollutants in most of the liquids we consume.
