I started this a few weeks ago, and have already lost 10 or so pounds.....it definatly workes for me. I also did this out of sheer laziness a few years back, and lost and kept the weight off the entire time, until I got brainwashed into the "breakfast is important" (then why does it make me gag??) mentality....never again. This time I am ready to listen to my body instead of peer pressure.
