Ok, if u still want to go for a fast then do as Fonty says: go for 3-5 days of eating a lot of fruits and vegies. Don't overeat and eat max at 8 p.m. Made the last meal of the day (b4 starting ur fast) just fruits (or eat just fruits the day before ur fast). I did it and I felt good and almost not hungry first day or even two. And then it would be easier!
And HEY stop stressing urself out all the time! Ur life is not just a fast! ;)
