I am glad to hear that you are now doing only six-monthly flushes. Good to hear that you are not overdoing it. I used to do them 2-3 wks apart. Last one I did was October 2006. I am happy I have decided not to do them anymore
I also had the problem of "thin stools" somtimes the diameter of pencil. Yuck. But it has resolved now. these days I usually have thick stools and feel a lot better. Anytime I feel constipated, I make sure I drink freshly squeezed lime and it helps. Apple Cider Vinegar also helps with constipation. Constipation can also occur from misalignment of lumber spine. Many times, constipation, lower back ache, bloating all come as a package...And some exercises which will work lower back, lumber spine etc might help.
