Lugol’s Iodine Free S&H

Pretty simple stuff:

1/4 tsp of Sea Salt (I use the white stuff now but when I had himalayan I used that)
1/4 tsp of potassium chloride
1/2 tsp of pharma grade Ascorbic Acid

1L or Q of distilled/filtered water.

I then run mine through a vortex thingy

Actually I run it through before adding the C since the magnetics alter the C.
