Re: another fruitarian living question

(i remember that richard blackman said in one of his youtube videos that its good to eat greens in the first weeks when u change to fruitarian).at the moment my fruit input consists of mostly apples, oranges, dates and figs, pineapple, a few banans and mangos, olives (i think they are a fruit) and avocados. in my evenenig salads i consume little amounts of corn and beans with some olive oil. those salads tastes so good.

Is the forest well light with green plants/trees?

How long is the run? Are you barefoot? How your endurance?

Keep up with the figs, including the BFC or Calcium Balance would be very ideal as the wrong foods intitally highly decrease bone marrow and ligaments, and intestinal walls, this why most babies are fat.

Look into the fruitarian babes page and get a recognition on how we are suppose to look.

If time permites, finding free citrus fruit will highly improve the diet as natural grown organic from the tree and eaten within days shows a dramatic increase!

Eat the pineapple bright green, as the acid is highly available when purchased, it will be a little rough on the jaw/if your a pussy, although the benefits are much better.

In addition BERRYS are wonderful, as well as maple syrup.

Keep up on the olive oil, your liver will be thanking you every day, perhaps smiling, as well as increasing your consciousness as this is natures way of keeping those who go against the laws of performing..
