I am so happy for the way your body has been responding on this regimen.
There may be one or two things you can do to decrease your taste aversion to the greens. A fresh lemon wedge, squeezed and then dropped into the green drink, adds a nice fruity taste and a little sweetness to it. I found that when I started on green drinks this helped my palate to become used to the subtle flavors. After a while, I found the taste of the greens themselves to be delicious.
Another thing you can do is add a little stevia - in case you are unfamiliar with this, it is a natural herb that adds sweetness but has no glycemic index whatsoever.
Lastly, a very small amount of herbs can add flavor and nutrition to the green drinks. Especially a little spearmint, peppermint or wintergreen.
