Hey everyone.. Wow.. I wish I found you guys much earlier.. I tried to search all over the internet for fasting.. It was informational. Yet, much more helpful to see different people experiences..
I'm 22/m and I'm doing it for religious reasons..
I told a couple people at work that I'll be doing it for ten days. I've actually have done a 3.5/4 day Water Fast before. But many people keep telling me how stupid and unhealthy it is. It's not very encouraging.. They do say that my body will start eating useful protein and muscle mass.
How healthy is this? And someone at my age partake? I am going to be doing this while I work.. I'll be sitting down most of the day and only 8 hours.
I started Last night.. So.. tomorrow is pretty much my second day. Any advice on being able to explain the healthiness other than the plain fact it is? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
