Re: another fruitarian living question

next week i wanted to increase my input of fruits, and eat a little bit less greens because yesterday i noticed i need greens when i ate them but not so much (i remember that richard blackman said in one of his youtube videos that its good to eat greens in the first weeks when u change to fruitarian).at the moment my fruit input consists of mostly apples, oranges, dates and figs, pineapple, a few banans and mangos, olives (i think they are a fruit) and avocados. in my evenenig salads i consume little amounts of corn and beans with some olive oil. those salads tastes so good.

yes i buy everything organic, its expensive but when i see my friends spending hundreds of dollars (euros where i live) in cigarettes and alcohol then i could spend my money in organic fruits.

i would say the air i breath is pretty clean where i live (i am from austria, dont know if anybody of you knows where it is). our country is overall pretty clean i would say, it is said that our water is one of the best in the world. dont know why i bought a distiller (maybe for detox?).

when i had a bad diet i did not so much exercise, but now i am jogging nearly everyday in the woods under the sunshine and i love it. my tinnitus hasnt gone away yet, but i think its some kind of detox (hope so).

so my friends, have a nice day. greetings
