Restarted Lugol's - Huge detox symptoms

Hello All:

I started taking Lugol's again after taking a break for a few months. I had huge detox symptoms, which I have never had before even at 20 drops. I took just three drops yesterday morning. I had headache and pain in back of my eye balls. Now I know why my vision had improved last year when I took iodine regularly. I did my vitamin C and sea salt push after dinner, but no avail. I went to bed early and was restless all night.

I had a lot of mucous this morning. I guess a good sign. I took 3 drops this morning and doing fine. No headaches and no snot.

I will increase my dose next week.
