Thank you so much for your replies! What I'm hearing is "just fit it in wherever possible" and that it needs to be more of a quiet time - rather than fitted in while having to be busy with other things too.
By the way, cold pressed sunflower or sesame oil- which is best? Where is the best Place to get it? Trader Joe's? Any brand better than another? What about using coconut oil? Any experience w/it out there?
I just discovered this forum about 2 days ago - can't find much on swishing on the Net yet - so I have a lot of questions.
