Nasal irrigation helps me a lot. It is shame it didn't work for you. One of the things that was a miracle for me was putting L-glutathione in the saline solution. There are medical studies that show people with chronic sinusitis have less of this amino acid in their mucus than people with healthy sinuses. While irrigation always helped me not be a zombie all day, the glutathione, got A LOT of nasty gunk out, I couldn't believe it. I am now clearer than I have been in years. It's a bit of a suprise to me that the oil pulling is getting more out. Perhaps because it is allergy season. What made me try it is that some more progressive doctors are actually prescribing glutathione nosesprays, which are made at a compounding pharmacy. I knew I wouldn't find a doctor to prescribe it, so I just bought the supplement and put it in my irrigation solution. I took two irrigations before the exodus began. Anyway, hope it helps.
