just absorbing more plant oils could give you a detox effect from the liver letting go of stuff. i would suggest to you to take a tablespoon of olive oil at night before bed. this should be a regular part of diet from now on. even better is lecithin mixed witht he OO (Olive-Oil) 50/50. i just got a sample of organic lecithin and it is heaven on earth. they way they make the other lecithin leaves too much to be desired for my taste. still, i do the mix every night with the regular stuff. the benefit outweighs the cost for now. this is THE way not to have to flush the liver ever again. lecithin was the old time cure for gall bladder until they started yanking them out for extra cash.
