you see, i go with the barefoot herbalist and he makes it clear that plaque is actually your food coming out of the tooth from pressure from the liver because it is clogged and cant eliminate the dead food we eat. i have been cleansing and fasting and flushing my liver and i just dont have those problems. this will blow your mind - i smoke and my dentist couldnt tell it! i smoke organic american spirits so i dont stink(its the additives that stink).

anyway, as strange as this may sound to you, it works. and now, my pull is almost as clear coming out as it is going in. i will tell you, i do no dairy and dairy really accumulates in this area. the gingivitis people get are the bacteria there to eat this putrid dead food clogging your system. the real cure is the only cure - fasting all of this morbid matter out and eating human food from then on.

when i first came across this, i was pulling some nasty stuff. it smelled like baby colic. very sour smelling. i was doing loads of dairy at that time. it was soured milk in my tissues.

i have told so many about this, but they dont seem to get the point in it if they dont get a problem fixed right away. the way i explain it is that it is a mini disposable liver. you install it, it absorbs toxins from your tissues and your blood sublingually, then you spit it out. if your liver is working right, this is unnecessary. i can fully attest to that. in fact, it is a good gauge as to how your liver is functioning.

i dont remember if it was here or where, but one person gave the testimony that he and his wife did this together. she regularly flushed her liver and watched what she ate and he had been a while since his last flush and ate more junk. his pull was much thicker and whiter than hers. it is the liver. that is where you want to effect the permanent change and then your whole body can benefit! i use oil pulling now only as a check up.
