Re: Raw food

I love raw nuts, but i've heard you shouldn't eat too many. So how many is about right?

I especially like pecans, almonds and cashew. We buy a great big bag from the asian section in the supermarket, with this mix in, plus sultanas of different colours, and it is really good value. Although dried fruit does have preservative, which i can't wash off being in a mix.
I used to make nutroasts when i was totally veggie some years ago now. Although they are cooked so is this still acceptable after fast and recovery?
Is packet nutmilks okay, or should i make my own from fresh nuts? I'm not being lazy, but i don't have the energy these days with hypo and back and neck problems, so i need to make things easy for myself. And i still have to prepare food for my family.

Thanks
